Shodhan Babu

Shodhan is the founding partner of the firm, is based out of Bangalore, and specialises in dispute resolution & litigation matters. Shodhan started his career in the Supreme Court of India, and other Courts at New Delhi. Shodhan presently practices before the Karnataka High Court, and other Courts at Bengaluru. Shodhan has previously assisted a member of the Law Commission of India and has also contributed to the Annual Survey of Indian Laws. Throughout his career, Shodhan has gathered significant experience in all major jurisdictions in India, ie, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and New Delhi and therefore, provides location agnostic advise and representation in litigations and disputes involving his clients.

Shodhan regularly handles complex regulatory litigation matters which have legal and commercial implications on his clients and the market at large.
